Non-Surgical Chin & Jaw Augmentation: The jawline and chin are very defining features that provide structure and beauty to our faces. Many individuals suffer from a poorly defined jaw or chin, resulting in a lack of definition and jowling. Enhancing your jawline or chin can tighten the face, improve facial harmony, restore balance and add symmetry to your facial features, while the end result is a more youthful and refined appearance.
Non-Surgical Jaw Reduction: As the masseter muscle enlarges and the jawline becomes more square and pronounced, a woman’s face becomes more masculine in appearance. Both men and women appear tense and stressed because they look like they are constantly clenching their teeth.
Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty: A non-surgical blepharoplasty is performed with injectable fillers to refresh and rejuvenate the eye area. Non-Surgical Temple Restoration: During the ageing process, we all lose volume in our temples. A hollowing of the temples is a natural part of the ageing process. Soft tissue and bone dissolves while muscle and fascia (your connective tissues) change. This leads to less structural support in the temple area, which results in folds, wrinkles and volume loss. With dermal filler injections, we are able to re-volumize and restore your temples.
Non-Surgical Eyebrows Lift: Anti-wrinkle injections are effective at relaxing certain muscles around the eyes to help create an overall lift in the eyebrows.
Hyperhidrosis: Hyperhidrosis is the condition of excessive sweating. Sweating is your body's normal mechanism to cool itself, but some people produce more sweat than is needed for cooling – called hyperhidrosis. This condition affects about 2 to 3 percent of the population.
Botulinum toxin type A (Botox) injections have been found to be effective for Hyperhidrosis of the armpits. Botulinum toxin stops the sympathetic nerves (which normally control sweating) from stimulating the sweat glands. The effect can last between 4 to 12 months. Side effects are generally minimal but may include pain at the injection sites and compensatory sweating in other areas.
Youthful Hands Enhancement: Filler can be used to restore volume in the tops of the hands. This will leave the hands looking more youthful and refreshed. Numbing cream is offered prior to the procedure.

How Botox®/Dysport® Works
Botox®/Dysport® are prescriptive medications for a wrinkle treatment, not to be confused with dermal fillers such as Juvederm® or Restylane®. Botox®/Dysport® are made from a purified Clostridium botulinum toxin (hence the name Botox®/Dysport®), it works to correct wrinkles caused by muscle movement, which are called dynamic wrinkles. Botox®/Dysport® temporarily relaxes your muscles and allows the skin to gradually smooth out over time. Dr. Hong provides Botox®/Dysport® treatments with precise care and will work to ensure that your face will appear "natural looking" after the Botox®/Dysport® injections.
Botox®/Dysport® Procedure
Dr. Hong performs Botox® treatments in the Newton Med Spa. Dr. Hong will make injections into the selected facial muscles using a very fine needle which ensures the best outcome for each treatment. Most clients describe the process as a painless "pin-prick" and do not require local anesthesia.
Botox®/Dysport® Results
You will begin to see improvements gradually over the next few days. By day 7, you will see a noticeable difference, and after 2 weeks, your lines should be significantly diminished. Treatments usually last for about 3 to 4 months, and many of Dr. Hong's clients maintain their enhanced, youthful look with regular treatments.

What Is Cannula Filler?
Cannula filler is a flexible needle with a blunt tip, unlike traditional needles which are rigid and have a sharp point. Because they do not have a sharp tip, cannulas may be less likely to puncture a blood vessel when fillers are injected, which helps Dr. Hong to prevent bruising with fillers.
In addition, cannulas tend to be longer than most needles and therefore reach more areas with fewer entry points into the skin. Cannula injections have been proven to cause less swelling and bruising.

What Is AccuVein®?
In addition to cannula filler, Dr. Hong has now added another safety procedure measure by utilizing the game changing medical technology device, AccuVein®.
Most clients express concerns relating to recovery time, discomfort, potential side-effects, and bruising. Unfortunately, even with the safest cosmetic injectables administered by experienced cosmetic injectors, some clients will still experience bruising. Types Of Dermal Fillers:
Restylane®/Juvederm®
Injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) is a type of temporary dermal filler. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally through out the body, with the highest concentrations in the joints, eyes, and skin. In the skin hyaluronic acid attracts water, which allows the skin to become more hydrated. As we age, the fat, muscles, bone, and skin in our face begins to thin. This loss of volume leads to either a sunken or sagging appearance of the face, fine lines, wrinkles, folds, and thin lips. Injectable HA is used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, facial folds, and to create structure, framework, and volume to the face and lips. The effects of injectable hyaluronic acid are seen immediately.
RADIESSE®
Radiesse® is comprised of Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. Once injected, it provides immediate volume and correction and continues to work by stimulating the body to produce its own natural collagen for a long-lasting effect.
Sculptra®
Sculptra® Aesthetic helps stimulate your skin's natural collagen production and works subtly, gradually over time for a more youthful-looking appearance. As the only Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved poly-L- lactic acid filler on the market, Sculptra® is different than other cosmetic fillers because the results are not immediate. Kybella™ Double-Chin Treatment
Kybella™ is a synthetic formulation of deoxycholic acid. a substance found naturally occurring in the body, which is synthesized and then used to break down and absorb dietary fat. When properly injected in the submental area, it has been shown to dissolve fat that cause a double chin. The result is a more streamlined neck and improved contour along the jaw line.
Many clients come to Dr. Hong’s Med Spa with issues of full upper necks or double chins that, despite their best efforts, give them the appearance of being older and generally heavier. The Kybella™ Double-Chin Treatment provided by Dr. Hong’s Med Spa offers a solution to this common issue.
Dr. Hong injects the Kybella™ under the skin, in multiple small doses, into the areas of maximum fullness. The areas may swell as part of the initial reaction when the fat cells are destroyed. Once the swelling resolves, improvement can be seen in the contour areas of the face.
Most clients will require between two to four treatments, spread over a time frame of two to four months, depending on the size of the area to be treated and the amount of fat present.
